How early should I place an order?

All orders must be placed two weeks in advance. I understand last minute things come up. PLEASE note if it’s less than that time frame I may or may not be able to accommodate the order request.

Is a deposit required?

Yes! In order for your order to be added to my calendar a 50% deposit is required. So just because you inquired and received a quote doesn’t mean you have placed an order nor have you secured your date.

Do I Need to Refrigerate Dipped Treats?

In most cases when dealing with pretzels, cookies, cake pops and rice krispies they should be stored in an airtight container at a cool, dry room temperature. Refrigerating them will cause condensation, which can ruin the shine of the chocolate. PLEASE ask me if you are unsure.

What is your refund policy?

Once your treats have been delivered or picked up, they are considered your responsibility. I am unable to provide refunds for any damage or issues that occur while in your possession as noted above.

Will you make things that aren’t on your menu?

Absolutely! My background in baking is quite diverse. Feel free to reach out with any special requests. I’ll let you know in a timely manner whether it’s something I can do.
